Chicken Noodle Soup

Below is a video of how to make a delicious Chicken Noodle Soup.

You don’t need much ingredients to put this together, it’s perfect for this time of year. The immune boosting benefits and anti-inflammatory effects is a serious comfort meal that will also benefit you on the inside.

What you will need:

Olive Oil

Carrot

Onion

Celery

Leek

Spring Onion

Chicken

Noodles

Fresh Garlic

Fresh Thyme

Salt

Black & white pepper

Onion granules

Garlic granules

Chicken stock

A tutorial

Method:

  1. Chop your carrots, leek, onion, celery and spring onion.
  2. Chop and fry the chicken breast.
  3. Add some olive oil to a large saucepan on a medium heat and add your chicken.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it, then add the carrots, leek, onion, celery and spring onion to the chicken.
  5. Add some water, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black & white pepper, garlic granules, onion granules and chicken stock.
  6. I then add my noodles into the same pot and once they’re soft, it’s ready to serve.
  7. I like to add spring onion on top and some crusty bread with a generous amount of butter on the side.
