🍝🫑🧅🍅🧄🌱
A pretty much basic meal that is packed with flavour and nutrients.
What you will need:
Brown onion
Red & green pepper
Tomatoes
Fresh garlic
Spring onion
Olive oil
Beef mince
Meatballs
Balsamic Vinegar
Worcestershire sauce
Passata sauce
Spaghetti
Thyme
Basil
Beef Stock
Black & white pepper
Salt
Onion granules
Garlic granules
Tomato paste
Parmesan
Below is a step by step guide on how to cook:

METHOD:
- Olive oil in a large saucepan on a medium heat.
- Reduce the heat and add chopped onions, red and green pepper, tomatoes, garlic and spring onion and fry for around 10 minutes until the veg is soft.
- Increase the heat, add your beef mince and meatballs until the meat is brown all over, then lower the heat again.
- Add some balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, basil, black & white pepper, salt, onion granules, garlic granules, and tomato purée.
- Let things sit together to allow the flavours to combine, then add passata sauce.
- Bring your bolognese sauce back to a medium heat, ideally covering with a lid and stirring occasionally.
- Boil your spaghetti for a few minutes once the bolognese is complete, as per pack instructions.
- I like to add some Parmesan to the bolognese while the spaghetti is boiling.
- Once the spaghetti is done and drained, you can either add it to the bolognese or prepare it on to your place for the bolognese to go on top.
- I like to serve mine with extra Parmesan and spring onion on top, with a side of cheesy garlic bread.
I hope you enjoy!
