In my earlier article, I asked what lead Melania to discuss Epstein now? What has happened between now and when JE ‘died’ in 2019 that compelled Melania to call a press conference and address the nation in 2026? Well, there is another former-model who has entered the conversation regarding Melania’s ties to Epstein and she is also actively supporting Amanda Ungaro’s experience with Melania and Epstein.

During my research, I came across a woman named Marina Lacerda. She, like Amanda Ungaro, left Brazil as a young girl to pursue modelling in America. Lacerda claims she was trafficked by Epstein for years, starting at age 14. Lacerda appears as Jane Doe 1 in investigative files launched against Jeffrey Epstein, but later came out publicly.

LBC’s John Sweeney discussed Lacerda today, stating “the two of them were kind of supermodel pals, they know each other, very, very early on in the supermodel scene. The gossip, a lot of this is hard to substantiate, is that Marina knows Melania when she first arrives in New York.”. He continued, “there’s some more gossip, this is not proven, but she may have had a relationship i.e been a partner of Jeffrey Epstein before she met Donald Trump.”. Melania, in her address to American citizens at her surprise press conference on the 9th, stated “I am not a victim of Jeffrey Epstein”. Which, to me, comes across as a direct response to a question that nobody has asked her. Not unless we consider Amanda Ungaro and Marina Lacerda recent statements to the press and on social media. With that in mind, it makes total sense as to why she would hold a press conference relating to Jeffrey Epstein. If Melania has been made aware of the claims coming from two women linked to her early days in America and Jeffrey Epstein, maybe she would want to get ahead of things to come.

Marina took to Instagram two days ago to upload a video discussing her thoughts on Melania’s statement, you can watch it here. In the video, Marina states “so I had to just come on here to just share my thoughts on our First Lady speech today. I don’t know what to say about pictures, I feel like the pictures that we all see is the person who we see today as our First Lady. That’s all I’m gonna say.”. She continued, “if it’s fake, I don’t know that. I don’t know because the Epstein files have been put away for a long time, and those pictures came from the Epstein files. So, it can’t be AI, because AI was not invented back then. So we know that, so I don’t know how they’re fake. Second, we are supposed to testify in front of Congress under oath for what, for what, please? Tell us the reason why. Will it change anything? Will people be held accountable? We had the Transparency Act passed. We had the files dropped. We’ve got names on the files. Nobody has done nothing, but yet, you wanna re-traumatise us and ask us to go in front of Congress and tell them our story, which we’ve had told some of them already. So, now you want us to tell them again, under oath and re-traumatise us, then do absolutely nothing. That sounds like a shitty idea. It sounds like you’re just trying to shift attention from something to something else. So, how does this benefit the Trump family, is my question.”.
